A litte About Me...
My name is Martine Janssen and I am so thankful that I have found something that I love doing!
I started taking pictures of my first daughter with a film camera handed down from my father.
I loved the result I got and never put down a camera after that!
I started doing portraits for friends and family and was asked to shoot a few weddings too, just for fun.
What an honor it has been to be able to share such important life moments with all of my clients!
I got to a point, with picture taking, that I knew I needed some training and guidance if I wanted to step up to the next level,
and this is when I meet Lori Brough. She has been a successful photographer in Grande Prairie for many years now
and she was kind enough to take me under her wing. I learned a lot from her and I definately would not be where I was today without her help!
I worked in her studio for a year and started my own company in 2008.
This past summer I wanted to concentrate on learning new skills, and therefore I took a workshop
with the award winning photographer Scott Robert Lim. He has been a great inspiration and now I am on a journey
to discover my signature style and to create that WOW factor within my images.
